  • we are a professionally recognized dissociative system with an unknown number of parts.

  • our body is an adult.

  • our default pronouns are he/him.

  • we use we/us/our and I/me/my personal pronouns interchangeably.

  • our system name is "team tellus" and our collective name is "Telluris."

  • "Tellus, telluris" is a latin word meaning ground or earth. we use it as our system name to stress collaboration, healing, roundedness, and more.

  • we use and prefer parts language, but are comfortable being called "alters."

SOME OPINIONS

THIS IS NOT A DISCOURSE ACCOUNT. while we may state our opinions occasionally, we are not here to argue.

our opinions grow and change with time, thought, and new information. these are simply how they stand at the present moment. we are happy to share them so that people potentially following us can know where we stand.

  • we are supportive of the idea of non-trauma multiplicity, as long as it is acknowledged that these experiences are not the same as dissociative ones.

  • we believe that parogenic or other intentionally created parts are experiencing something fundamentally different to ourselves.

  • we believe that medical and mental health care systems are deeply flawed and require reform, but not complete abolition.

  • we believe modern western tulpamancy is an appropriation of a buddhist practice.

  • we do not believe in fake-claiming anyone or policing the language they use to describe their experiences.
